We began using Union Services for our home’s Heating & A/C system maintenance in 2015. By then our 9-year-old builder-installed system was needing frequent attention. We decided to fully replace our downstairs system this spring. We have a sealed crawl space, which reduces airflow and causes the units to operate inefficiently–– something only Union Services was able to point out. They performed a very professional job installing a vent pipe to prevent our units from working so hard. Due to a small access door, there was some damage to a seal in our crawl space–– but we were thrilled that this was immediately addressed by Union Services without our having to exchange multiple phone calls and emails.”
